Our fabrication and erection division undertakes specialist projects in structural steel for various sectors such as Industrial Plants, Power Plants and Dams.
With our own galvanizing unit we can also undertake specialist steel fabrication works such as:

- OHE Masts
- Overhead Steel Tanks
- Undercarriage Bogie Frame
- Bogies for passenger coaches
We can provide on-site fabrication as well as workshop fabrication. With a large equipment bank, we are capable of fabricating and erecting all types of structures irrespective of size and complexity.
We are well equipped with large material handling equipment, precision instruments in our preparatory section as well as the latest welding facilities, at par with international fabrication standards. We also have separate sand blasting, metalizing and painting chambers to provide custom finishing as per the requirements of our clients.

Currently, we fabricate approximately 1500 MT monthly. Our composite girders are made in the following sizes:
- Flange 140mm to 1200mm, thickness 6mm to 80mm
- Web 180mm to 3000mm, thickness 6mm to 60mm
- Length upto 123mtr
Well qualified and experienced Q.C. Engineers monitor quality at every stage of manufacture starting from the procurement of raw materials through every intermediate stage to the end products through well-established quality control documentation and procedures. Our state of the art quality control laboratory contains Proving Rings, Digital Temperature Indicators and Controllers, Surface Grinders, Bevel Protector, Universal Tensile/Impact Testing, and Hardness Testing facilities among others.
